Here at Hum and Glow, we want to help you to restore your inner harmony to support your immune system. The most important measure that you can take is to create a state of peace for yourself and relax.

Getting into relaxation and stepping out of the craziness and the chaos for just 5-10 min supports first and foremost your own immune system, and helps you make healthier decisions. When we can relax more deeply for about 30 min we can tap into your natural healing powers.

Another way to support your immune system and your health is laughter. Remember to laugh every day. Watch something funny. Tell each other jokes that you laugh. Play funny games. Laughing is an easy way to get relaxed and step out of stress behavior.

For this Healing meditation you can sit or lay down. This meditation is designed for you to reach a deep state of relaxation. So, please, make sure that you are not disturbed for the time of the meditation, for about 30 min.
