Tai Ji Quan
“Tai Chi, or correctly Tai Ji Quan, is a wonderful mind-body exercise that has its origins in China. Mind-body exercises are particularly helpful in our stressful lives as they combine body movement with mental focus and slow breathing making relaxation easier while at the same time improving health and fitness, especially balance and posture. This class is taught by Dr. Lisa Langlois introducing elements of a 14 move Yang style form for beginners. Tai Ji Quan is an interesting and gentle form of exercise that can be practiced throughout life and by all skill levels."
