Meditation is so important in this busy time to give yourself space and time to relax and reorient yourself. Our bodies are not machines but living entities. For so many people it is difficult to find the right space at home to practice meditation because there are so many things that remind us of all the things we think that we have to do. A very simple strategy to create that space at home in any room is to put on some meditative music or singing bowl sounds. Then you just sit in this peaceful space created by the sounds and let go of thoughts and need to for a little while. You can set an alarm to limit the time. Then you can dive in completely and restore your being.
